Course Overview

The course overview contains the dates (start, finish), the last revision of the course information and the course code.

"Hits" and "Favoured" relate to the popularity of the course, meaning how often was it viewed and how often it is present in favourite lists of users.


In the following section, you can find the course price, location, groups and levels for the course, how many free seats are available and also the tutor of the course. The tutor can be linked to the tutor details page. If there are sessions attached to the course, they are shown in the next section. Below, you can find a detailed description of the course.


To book the course, click the link "Book the course:...". Underneath the link, you can again view the category of the course and assigned tags if there is one.

After clicking the link, the application form opens. In the first section, you can see the pricegroups. If there are multiple pricegroups, from which a user has to choose one, they are shown below each other.


The attendee information are mostly mandatory, e.g. the number of attendees, the salutation, the first and last name and the email. You can add more fields for this section in the backend by creating new custom fields. 

You can add more attendees (Weitere Teilnehmen) in the next section, here you only need first and last name as well as the email address. This section is made of already pre-defined custom fields, you can change them or add more fields in the backend.


This is also true for the invoice address (Rechnungsadresse). One invoice address is used for all attendees.

After completing the form, you have to click the button "Submit" to get to an overview of your application.

In the application overview, below the already described course detail, you can see an overview table for how the computation of your price. In this table, you can again see the course, the booked amount, unit price, total net price and total price.


If everything is correct, you should still read the standard terms and conditions of business. A link is shown below the application table. It will open a new page containing the terms and conditions. After reading them, you can accept them by checking the box next to the link. If you do not want to accept them, you can now use the "Cancel" button to cancel your application. 

After clicking the button "Confirm registration", you will see a new page. Here, you can decide if you want to use PayPal to pay for your booked course.
